Contact us

The fastest way to reach us is in the SnapLedger app: Settings → Contact support. Submit a ticket with a short subject and description — we reply to the email on your account.

Common topics

  • Receipt scanning — AI extraction errors, missing fields, or scans not completing. Try retaking the photo in good lighting or editing fields manually after a scan.
  • Scan credits & Pro — purchases and subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Restore purchases from Settings if credits or Pro access don’t appear after buying.
  • Exports — Excel, CSV, and PDF reports. Verify totals and categories before using exports for tax or reimbursement.
  • Shared projects — invite links, collaborator roles, and who can see receipt data in a project.
  • Email import — forwarding receipts to your unique SnapLedger address.
  • Account & data — sign-in (Google or Apple), export your data, or delete your account from Settings.

Refunds

In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted through the App Store or Google Play — we cannot process store refunds directly. See Apple’s or Google’s purchase support for your region.

Response time

We aim to reply within one to two business days. Complex issues may take longer. Tickets submitted in the app are linked to your account so we can follow up without you repeating details.
