Acceptance
These Terms of Service are between you and Appvior, the operator of SnapLedger. By creating an account or using SnapLedger, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the service. You may sign in with email, Google, or Apple. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Receipt scanning & AI
SnapLedger uses cloud AI to extract data from receipt images and PDFs. You confirm you have the right to upload and process the receipts you scan, forward, or import. Extracted data may contain errors and should be reviewed before export, filing, or reimbursement. AI processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
Email import
If you use email forwarding, you are responsible for mail sent to your unique address. Only forward messages and attachments you are authorized to use. Misdirected or third-party mail may be processed as receipts linked to your account.
Shared projects
Project owners may invite collaborators via shareable links. You control whom you invite and what role they receive (viewer or editor). By joining or inviting others, you acknowledge that shared project data (including receipts) will be visible to project members according to their role. Do not share sensitive receipts with people who should not see them.
Credits & subscriptions
Free tier. Manual receipt entry is free. New accounts receive 5 complimentary AI scan credits. Free accounts include 1 project.
AI scans. One scan credit equals one AI receipt scan (including reprocessing). Additional AI scans require scan credits or an active Pro subscription.
Scan credit packs (one-time in-app purchases) add AI scan credits only. Credit packs do not unlock exports, unlimited projects, or other Pro features.
Pro subscriptions include a recurring scan allowance, Excel/CSV/PDF exports, and unlimited projects. Pro Monthly is $6.99/month (100 scans/month, no free trial). Pro Yearly is $39.99/year (800 scans/year) and includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers; after the trial, the yearly price applies unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed by RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app store account at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds follow the policies of Apple or Google; we do not control store refund decisions.
Exports & reports
SnapLedger generates Excel, CSV, and PDF reports from your receipt data. Export requires an active Pro subscription. You are responsible for verifying totals, categories, and tax information before using exports for accounting, tax filing, or client reimbursement.
Your content
You retain ownership of the receipts and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service (including AI extraction, backups, exports, and shared projects you enable).
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, scrape or reverse-engineer the app, abuse invite links, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
SnapLedger is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. Warranty and return reminders are informational only — verify deadlines with merchants and manufacturers. We are not liable for decisions you make based on app outputs.
Termination
You may stop using SnapLedger and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, or to protect the service and other users.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
